1. Choosing a Service Tier
- Premium: Real physical SIM cards. Recommended for high-security applications like WhatsApp, Apple, and Banking.
- Basic: Virtual numbers. Great for standard social platforms like Telegram, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Rental: Keep your line for 7 or 30 days to receive multiple codes for long-term accounts.
2. Timeout & Refund Policy
Once you secure a number, you have 10 minutes to receive your SMS code. Do not refresh the page while waiting.
If the code does not arrive, click the red Cancel Number & Refund button to immediately return the exact funds to your wallet.
3. Accidentally Closed the Page?
If you lost connection or accidentally refreshed, scroll down to the My Active & Recent Lines table. Click the VIEW / ACTION button next to your active order to instantly reopen it and receive your SMS or trigger a refund!
